We are pleased to announce that the BC Cutting Horse Association will again be offering a “Free Introductory BCCHA Membership” to any NEW CUTTER who is riding for the first time in any of the 3 Jackpot classes.
NEW FOR 2019 to include a Free Membership to anyone that has not been a BCCHA Member for (3) three or more years, who qualifies and is riding for the first time in any of the 3 Jackpot classes.
Points will count for Year End Standings
$750 PROGRESSIVE HORSE - Any rider, horse has less than $750 in any cutting events, one handed class, rider can stop horse on ends, no training aids, all other judging rules apply.
$750 PROGRESSIVE RIDER - Rider has earned less than $750 in any cutting events, can ride any horse, one handed class, no training aids, all judging rules apply.
NERVOUS NOVICE RIDER - Rider and horse have earned less than $200 lifetime in cutting, ride two handed or one, no training aids.
NEW FOR 2019
In honor and appreciation of Dave Robson’s long time support of the Canadian Cutting Horse Association, the CCHA would like to announce the “CCHA $500 Limit Rider Class” in Dave Robson’s name. The intention of this class and award is to benefit the “Novice Cutter” and promote growth to our sport while paying tribute to Dave Robson.
“A CCHA Bronze Trophy will be awarded to the BCCHA High Point Winner of this class as a BCCHA Year End Award“. The CCHA will also give each entry to this class a “Free” CCHA Membership.
The National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) is offering free introductory memberships to riders who have been competing in unapproved classes at weekend shows and Challenger events.
