CUTTIN' HORSE CHATTER

Hey all you cutters - welcome to the Cuttin Horse Chatter Page of the BCCHA.  We will try to keep this page informal and add updates and tid bits from the BC cutting horse industry.  If you have any questions, ideas, info, news etc please email me rbarj1@gmail.com   Thanks - Robin

A NEW CHAPTER IN PROMOTING CUTTING IN BC: Some exciting news for the future of cutting.  Members of the BC Cutting Horse Association and the Interior Cutting Horse Association have met and agreed to putting on one or more combined shows in the Kamloops area this season.  This has many advantages and can only help expose our great sport to more people.  Keep an eye on the March Newsletter for more details.

Former BC Cutter Passes:  BC resident, cutter, logger and businessman, Dave Husby recently passed away from complications of surgery.  Details are not available at this time.  We all recall Dave's great passion and excitementwhen he began cutting.  The Husby Coastal Classic Cutting was a hi-lite each year.  Our toughts are with Dave's family and his wife Georgia at this time.

A big welcome back to Lynn Graham who has returned as secretary to the BCCHA replacing Kymm Davidson who is pursuing her options.  Thanks Kymm!!

All of best wishes and sincere feelings of support go to BCCHA cutter from Hinton, Alberta, Lyle Pambrun, as he recovers in an Edmonton hospital from viral pneumonia. Janet says he is making great progress and getting stronger every day.
